Silly glasses in the studio! Seeing tones in paintings

I feel like a masked superhero!

Last week I got my Artgizmos Selectatone glasses from Jackson's art supplies. They're so cool! Okay, so usually squinting helps me see tone just fine, but for those difficult paintings these red-filtered glasses will help me work out the arrangement of darks and lights.

The photo shows me in silly glasses, what I look like to someone wearing the glasses, a small painting, and a small painting as it looks with the glasses on.

Just a bit of fun, but artists who have a hard time analyzing colour tone might find these useful.
