Sublime show images and text online!
no format gallery has just updated the exhibition website to include Stephen Baycroft's introduction to my work and my own artist statement written in response to his essay - the goal basically being to bring it back to a non-academic level to explain how I work towards the Sublime. (and what that means)

Plus teaser images! One work from the Dorset cliff series, one work from the Venice series, and one of the studio drawings from a set that will be on display in the back portion of the gallery. no format is a "white cube" style gallery so lots of white space will show off work dating back to the Isle of Wight series. The goal is to show something of a progress from when my coast work was still flat and horizon-based, to a shift to light and water surface with the Venice work, to the most recent development taking the light and colour into more dramatic compositions of the cliffs along the coastline.
